Her story
Beverly M Chapman (Reich-VanAlstine-Naylor) was born in 1969 in Sacramento, California, and graduated from Spanaway Lake High School in Spanaway, Washington, in 1987. She is a U.S. Army veteran, a mother of three adult sons, and a grandmother to several grandchildren.
Since childhood, Beverly always knew that one day she was going to be an author. With exceptional writing and language-art skills, she wrote and illustrated six successful books — five early-educational children's activity books and the fictional suspenseful novella Secret in the River — and all six publications have been accepted and placed into the Library of Congress at our nation's capital.
Secret in the River has already been described as brilliant, with a fresh twist of writing. She will continue writing as long as the stories continue on.
Beverly currently lives in Northeastern Washington in the small town of Northport with her immediate family not too far away. She also has family that extends and crosses international waters on two other continents.
